Nobody sends on SendMe, and nobody earns, until SSYNC ID has checked who they are. Then every job carries its own record: the locked price, the four steps, the proof, the chat, and who approved it.
The same checks for senders and agents. Agents add one more.
Three checks before an account can send anything. A fourth before it can earn. All run in the app; the identity checks are done by SSYNC ID.
A one-time code by SMS or WhatsApp, tied to your account.
Government ID and NIN, checked through SSYNC ID. SendMe never stores your NIN.
A live selfie matched to your ID. Gallery photos are refused. It becomes your profile photo.
A utility bill, bank statement or tenancy document from the last 3 months, reviewed by SendMe. Confirming your location on the spot strengthens it.
Phone, identity and passport photo together let an account send. Add a reviewed address and it can go online and earn. The level shows on every profile, so a sender always knows exactly how far the person they are looking at has been checked.
Your NIN is never stored. The selfie is taken live in the app and gallery photos are refused. Agents are only shown to senders while online and address-verified.
What counts as proof depends on the category. What never changes: it is uploaded from the job, the last step cannot be reached without it, and it stays on the request for 365 days.

Photos at pickup and delivery, on the request record.
Written answers to every checklist item, plus media and live-view snapshots.
Who they are, what they did, step by step, and who approved it. Then, and only then, your money.
