The basics, and the code.

You’ll need

The basics.

To be 18 or older, with phone, government ID and NIN, and a live passport photo verified through SSYNC ID.
An address document from the last 3 months, reviewed by SendMe, and a bank account in your own name.
The skills you list, actually. A cleaner cleans; a driver has a licence.
A charged phone with camera and location on, and the ability to arrive on time or say early when you cannot.

The code

Do the job. Prove the job.

Move every job through its four steps in the app, in order. Upload proof from the job, never from the gallery.
Counter in chat before the lock. Never renegotiate on site, and never take cash.
Describe what you see, factually. Never guarantee, value or advise.
Respect people and their homes. No recording anyone without appropriate permission.

Render a service

Their home, your care.

Bring what you said you would bring.
On the way, working, done. Mark each as it happens.
Photograph the finished work before you mark done.
Keys, valuables and children are trusted to you. Act like it.

Send a parcel

Named hands only.

Photograph the parcel at pickup. Decline if it does not match the description.
Picked up, in transit, delivered. Keep the steps honest.
Hand over only to the receiver named on the request, and photograph the delivery.
Never carry anything illegal, hazardous or needing a licence.

View a property

Neutral eyes.

Answer every checklist item in writing. The report cannot be sent without it.
Start the live view at the Viewing step and answer quick asks as they come.
Say what is there. Never what it is worth or whether to take it.
Never take money from a landlord or an agent on either side.

Verified, rated, counted.

Your trust level shows on your profile and tells senders how far you have been checked. Only fully verified agents with a reviewed address go online.
Every released job is rated 1 to 5 with a review. Your average, review count and completed jobs are on your profile.
New agents are shown as new, never with a made-up score. Your first jobs are the audition.
Every cancellation after acceptance is counted on your profile. Say no early rather than late.

Cancellations and disputes, by the rules.

Cancelling

Who cancels decides who pays.

Before a price is locked, either side can walk away. Nothing is held, nothing is charged.
After the agent accepts and money is held, a requester's cancellation goes to the agent, who has 24 hours to accept or dispute it. Silence counts as acceptance.
When the agent accepts a cancellation, 80% is refunded to the requester's wallet and SendMe keeps its 20% fee.
An agent can cancel at any time. The requester is refunded in full, the agent earns nothing, and the cancellation is counted on the agent's profile.

Disputes

What a sender can raise.

Service: not completed, poor quality, no show, property damage.
Parcel: not received, damaged, late, wrong receiver.
Property: did not visit, questions unanswered, unclear media, different property.
Money stays held. SendMe resolves to a full refund, partial refund, release or redo, and both sides see why.

Immediate removal: uploading gallery media as proof, handing a parcel to anyone but the named receiver, taking money outside the app, or letting someone else work under your verified profile. Payouts are held and the sender is made whole.

Agents ask.

How much do I earn on a job?

The locked price minus SendMe's 20% fee. A ₦15,000 job pays you ₦12,000. Tips are added on top and come to you in full.

When am I paid?

When the requester approves the finished job, the money moves to your wallet. Withdraw to your bank from ₦200; a ₦50 plus 0.5% fee applies and transfers are queued, so allow a little time.

What do I need to verify?

Phone, government ID and NIN, and a live passport photo, all through SSYNC ID, plus an address document from the last 3 months that SendMe reviews. Once all four pass, you can go online.

How do I find jobs?

Switch to your agent home and go online with a fresh location. Open gigs within 15 km appear, filterable by category. Parcel runs heading the same way as you are ranked first.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at any time. The requester is refunded in full, you earn nothing for that job, and the cancellation is counted on your profile. Say no early rather than late.
