Live view, or photos and voice notes

The same visit, two ways to receive it.

Before you request

Choose a live property viewing when you can be available during the visit and expect to ask follow-up questions. Choose a recorded report when you need to review the visit later. Both options start with the same clear address, access arrangements and written checklist. The choice changes how you see the property, while the agent still needs to report the required checks.

Your checklist

  1. Live view costs a flat ₦2,000 on top of your offer and is joinable while the agent is at the Viewing step.
  2. Snapshots you take during the stream are saved to the request as proof.
  3. Without live view the agent sends photos, videos and voice notes, and still answers every checklist item in writing.
  4. Either way, approve only after the Report sent step lands.

An example request

If you are outside Nigeria and want to understand how the rooms connect, arrange a time you can join. During the Viewing step, ask the agent to move from the entrance through the living room and into each bedroom. Quick asks such as 'show the view from that window' help you direct the visit. If your schedule will not allow that, request the same sequence in the instructions and review the uploaded media when the report arrives.

Before you approve

For a live visit, check the saved snapshots and the written answers as well as what you remember from the stream. For a recorded visit, review the photos, videos and voice notes against the checklist. A live connection alone is not the finished report. Wait for the Report sent step and resolve any missing information before approving the viewing payment.
